Legacy Youth Zone is a purpose-built youth charity creating opportunities for young people across Croydon to thrive. One of the largest open access youth provisions in South London, we are open when schools are closed. We provide a safe, welcoming place where young people aged 8–19, and up to 25 with additional needs, can build positive relationships, discover their potential and access the support they need to lead happier, healthier and more successful lives. Every year, thousands of young people choose Legacy as their place to belong, helping to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and create brighter futures.

Through more than 20 inspiring activities every day, including sports, climbing, music, dance, cooking, arts, employability, mentoring, wellbeing programmes, holiday clubs and one of the largest open access SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities) youth offers in Croydon, we remove barriers to opportunity and help young people develop the confidence, resilience and skills to succeed.

The Trust has awarded Legacy Youth Zone a grant of £10,000 p/a over 2 years to support their website
