Spiral Skills is a South London youth charity unlocking the talent and potential of underserved young people. We build confidence, develop essential skills, and support young people to progress into education, employment and leadership.
Through strong local partnerships, trusted role models and real-world opportunities, we connect young people to the networks and ecosystems that help them shape their futures and influence the systems around them. We also create pathways for those with lived experience to step into leadership, co-design services and drive meaningful change.
At the heart of our work is the Spiral magic: consistently showing up with authenticity and care, meeting young people where they are (both physically and emotionally), and actively bridging them to opportunity so they can recognise their capabilities and shape their own futures with confidence.
