The Kinetic Foundation is an innovative London-based football and education charity.

Since 2011, Kinetic has provided over 12,000 young people with opportunities to achieve their full potential on and off the pitch. On-the pitch success includes 76 professional signings to date, including names such as Joe Aribo, Kwadwo Baah, Josh Maja and Rhys Norrington-Davies.

Through its flagship programme, Kinetic Academy, the foundation combines high-quality football programmes with post-16 education pathways with the aim of keeping boys and girls who reside in the most deprived areas of the UK, are from low-income households and/or from historically marginalised ethnic backgrounds in education by capitalising on their passion for football.

The WWMT grant is supporting Kinetic Futures; the charity’s employability programme. This is offered to all Kinetic Academy students and gives them access to mentorship, employability workshops and corporate networking to broaden their horizons and build their future pathways. 97% of Kinetic’s young people graduate into employment, higher education or training where they are also 5x more employable than London average.

The WWMT grant is £28,950 over 3 yrs.
