West London is one of the most unequal areas in the UK and many children living our ‘zone’ are at risk of developing issues like crime, unemployment, and poor mental health. At West London Zone, we aim to end the effects of generational inequality in one community. We believe the only way to achieve this – and to ensure our impact is sustainable – is to work from within the community itself. This means that we work with local schools, charities, and councils to identify children who are not well served by existing provision and are at risk of negative outcomes without early intervention.
